My sincerest condolences to the Ferony family, I was fortunate enough to work with Richie many years ago in the Bronx at the NY Post facility. We were partners, friends and brothers. I’m truly saddened to hear of his passing, but Richie was the kind of guy who made the world a better place for everyone that he crossed paths with, I’m fortunate to be one of those people. RIP my friend,.

My deppest sympathies and condolences to a truly wonderful and loving family for the loss of their beloved son, Richie. I know Richie for more than 50 years and watched him grow from a young boy to a dedicated and loving Dad and Grandad. May he R.I.P. now that his pain is over. And I hope the family knows that the Good Lord does not ever give us a cross too heavy to bear. Put your trust in His hands and He will see you and guide you through this. Peace !

My deepest condolences to the Ferony family. I knew Richie as a foreman in Local 3. He always balanced treating his crew with dignity and respect along with completing the job in the best interests of both his employer and his union. Everyone wanted to work for Richie. He was smart and funny and a great foreman. All great qualities in our business. He was more than a boss to me and I will always consider him my friend and of course my brother. Our Local 3 family will always hold him with high regard and will miss him. I wish to again express my deepest sympathies for the Ferony family and his friends.

To the Ferony Family ( especially Edwina & Richie), I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your son Richie. Please accept my sincere sympathy and thoughts for both of you and your family . The first and last time I had a conversation with him was when he came to put a light up in my kitchen that had belonged to my Mom. He was such a gentlemen and you could tell he belonged to the Ferony Family, brought up with respect and love.
