Vivian Klice

Vivian Klice, a lifelong resident of the Bronx, died on August 28, 2017. She was 65.

 

Mrs. Klice was born on February 4, 1952 in the Bronx to the late Charles and Vivian (McIntyre) Leser. On October 20, 1973 she married Gerard Klice. In addition to her husband Gerard she is survived by her sons, Brian Klice and his wife the late Jenna and Douglas Klice and his wife Gia; her brother, Charles Leser and his wife Desiree; and her niece, Cassandra Leser.

 

Visiting will be Thursday 7-9pm & Friday 2-4 & 7-9pm at Joseph A. Lucchese Funeral Home, 726 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 9:30am at Our Lady of Solace Church, 731 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. Interment will follow at Rose Hills Cemetery, 101 Mill Street, Putnam Valley. In lieu of flowers the family prefers contributions in her memory to help find a cure for pulmonary arterial hypertension to the CHEST Foundation, 2595 Patriot Boulevard, Glenview, Illinois 60026, www.CHESTFoundation.org/donate

    We are deeply saddened to hear of Vivian’s passing. We know, all to well, the sorrow of losing a loved one. Diggy you will be remembered in our thoughts and prayers. Our condolences to Jerry, the Klice family and the Leser family.

    I remember Vivian fondly from our days together at Our Lady of Solace elementary school. My sincerest condolences to her family and to our mutual friend, Loretta Hendrickson, who I know loved Vivian like a sister.

    Vivian was a dear friend to me.- We enjoyed working together in the SFdC rectory . I will miss our talks and our lunches. I am thankful that I was able to visit her on Sunday. My thoughts and prayers are with her and her family. RIP dear Vivian.

    Vivian was a very kind and compassionate woman. We knew each other when our boys attended OLS together. My prayers and love go out to her husband Gerry and her boys, Brian and Douglas.
    There is never enough time with our loved ones. We are very saddened by her passing and pay she will have eternal peace resting in the arms of our loving Father. Her kind smile and tender words will always live in our memory.
